Step 1
Create a rectangle in photoshop it can be any size. Make sure the rectangle is select with the marquee tool.

Step 2
With the rectangle selected go to the edit menu and select Define Brush Preset. This will save your brush shape as a preset.

Step 3
Open up the photoshop brushes palette. Select the Brush Tip Shape option (See above ex.). Next Click the spacing check box and drag the slider in-tell you get the spacing your looking for.

Step 4
Finally click on the Shape Dynamics option. Change the Angle Jitter drop down menu to direction, If you are using a wacom tablet you can adjust the other drop-down menus to take advantage of the tablet.

Conclusion
That’s it the brush is completed. Make sure you save your brush or you will lose your settings.
